I have nearly 40 years' experience as an attorney. If I were an employee, I would be nearing retirement age. Since I already have handed over management of the office, I want to devote the rest of my career to protection, growth, and passing along.
To protect: Today, our peace, environment, safety, and stability are at risk of sudden collapse. As a veteran attorney, I aim to build on my protective abilities and demonstrate them daily by using my imagination to envision an enriched future and take the initiative while being ready for risks.
To grow: Together with developing the legal human resources of the future, I will strive to develop the next generation through broad cooperation with schools and numerous nonprofits while also taking on the challenges of the field, such as renewable energy and agriculture.
To pass along: Japan's shrinking population faces various issues related to succession. Together with passing along my own responsibilities, I will work together with all stakeholders to address issues in the corporate, community, family, and other spheres.
